Exchange and Refund Policy
TomTime and GeoTomCG are warranted to be free from defects in materials for 30 days after you receive them. If you notify us within the warranty period, we will replace a defective software CD. Within 30 days of receiving software, if a program does not perform as promised and we cannot correct the problem in 30 days after notification, you may return the program for a full refund of the purchase price. The sole remedy is limited to replacement of defective materials or refund of the purchase price.
Privacy Policy
We collect information from you only when you contact us by e-mail, telephone, or mail to make an inquiry or place an order. We do not collect information when you browse the website. The email address and other information you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order and to answer questions on applying the software. Credit card information must be conveyed to us by telephone (voice or fax) or mail. There is no page on the website for entering credit card information. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our computers.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than for delivering the purchased product or service requested. We do not use cookies.
